Application Enhancement Request

Overview

Use this service to request an enhancement to a business or enterprise application such as Banner, Blackboard, or myUFV.

You can also use this service to request to add an announcement to myUFV.

Information Required

UFV employees can use the Application Enhancement request form to request application enhancements or to request a myUFV announcement. Please provide the following information when filling out the form: 

  • First and last name
  • Employee number
  • Department
  • Application
  • Banner Module, if applicable
  • Detailed description of enhancement requested
  • Attach supporting documentation that helps explain the request

For myUFV announcements, select 'myUFV' from the Application list and provide the following information:

  • Announcement name (100 character limit)
  • Announcement message (100 character limit)
  • Announcement link label (a call to action such as "Learn more", "Register now", etc)
  • URL to where the announcement will be directed
  • Announcement start and end date

Instructions

Once your enhancement request is received, it will be reviewed and followed up by a member of IT Services Application or Enterprise Systems Team.

Requests for myUFV announcement will be reviewed by the Business and Communications Manager.
