New Shared Mailbox Access Change Service

NEW SHARED MAILBOX ACCESS CHANGE SERVICE: Need to add or remove access to a shared mailbox that you use in your department?  Use the new Shared Mailbox Employee Access service to request changes.  You can even request a change to the mailbox owner if that has changed.

Use the Knowledge Base or the Search IT Services toolbar, to search for how to’s, FAQs and troubleshooting documentation.

Use the Report an Issue button to report an interruption to an IT service or system.
