Connect to eduroam (Wi-Fi)

UFV students and employees can securely access UFV campus Wi-Fi network using eduroam, a free international wireless service.

After the first-time setup and connection to eduroam, your device will automatically reconnect whenever it’s in range. 

Your UFV eduroam credentials can also be used to connect at any eduroam-participating institution worldwide.

First-time Wi-Fi sign in

1. Select eduroam-help from your device's network settings.

2. Use your UFV email address for the username.

3. Enter your UFV password as usual.

4. Click Save | Submit | Connect | Join to submit your credentials.

5. If your device does not connect, proceed to using the Use geteduroam app steps below.

1. Get the geteduroam app for your type of device:

2. Start the app and select your institution as University of the Fraser Valley (appears as an option if you search for fraser).

3. Follow the app instructions to configure and connect eduroam on your device.

4. If your device does not connect, proceed to using the Use eduroam installer steps below.
