UFV will be upgrading all operating systems on employee workstations from Windows 10 to Windows 11 throughout 2024 as part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing our technological infrastructure. Windows 11 offers improved performance, enhanced security measures, and a range of new features that align with UFV's commitment to providing a secure and innovative learning and working environment for students, faculty, and staff. Windows 10 and Windows 11 are designed to coexist so that you can use the same familiar tools and processes to manage both operating systems.

Information Required
UFV employees can complete the Windows 11 Upgrade form to report an incident or request support. Please provide the following information when filling out the form:
- First and last name
- Ticket Category
- Ticket Sub-Category, if known
- Department
- Title (brief description of the Windows 11 incident/issue)
- Detailed description of the Windows 11 issue.
- Attachment of any screen shots or error messages
