Overview
Use this service to request an enhancement to a business or enterprise application such as Banner, Blackboard, or myUFV.
If you need access to Banner, submit a Banner Access Request.
Information Required
UFV employees can use the Application Enhancement request form.
- First and last name
- Employee number
- Department
- Application
- Banner Module, if applicable
- Detailed description of enhancement requested
- Attach supporting documentation that helps explain the request
Instructions
Once your enhancement request is received, it will be reviewed and followed up by a member of IT Services Application or Enterprise Systems Team.
