Banner Enhancement Request

Overview

Use this service to request Banner enhancements.

If you need access to Banner, submit a Banner Access Request.

Information Required

UFV employees can complete the Banner Enhancement form to request Banner enhancements.

  • First and last name
  • Department
  • Banner module
  • Detailed description of the Banner enhancement requested
  • Attach supporting documentation that help explain the request

Instructions

Once your request has been submitted, a member of the IT Services Enterprise Systems team will review and follow-up on your request.
