UFV employees can complete the Banner Enhancement form to request Banner enhancements.
- First and last name
- Department
- Banner module
- Detailed description of the Banner enhancement requested
- Attach supporting documentation that help explain the request

Once your request has been submitted, a member of the IT Services Enterprise Systems team will review and follow-up on your request.
