Verify that your UFV iPhone is connected to Mobile Device Management (MDM) and has UFV email configured

This article provides instructions on how to verify if your UFV provided iPhone is connected to UFV Mobile Device Management (MDM) successfully to synchronize your UFV email and calendar. Follow the steps listed below to check if your iPhone is successfully connected to MDM:

  1. Open Settings -> General
  2. Click on 'Device Management'.


     
  3. Open 'Device Management' and click on 'Device Manager'.


     
  4. Under 'Device Manager' click on 'Accounts'.


     
  5. You should see an account listed as 'UFV Hosted Email'.


     
  6. Here you should be able to see all the details of your UFV Hosted Email account which is managed by UFV Mobile Device Management.
