Reset Password and Unlock Student Account Using Self-Service

Students can reset their single sign-on (SSO) password for myUFV, M365 Account, Student email (Outlook), myClass, myFiles, and all other SSO applications (e.g. Zoom, accommodate (Symplicity), career mapping, etc.), using self-service by following the instructions below. Students will need to have a personal email address on file for the password reset to work.

NOTE - If you do not have a personal email address on file, you will need to contact the Office of the Registrar to have it added.

Once students reset their password on password.ufv.ca, all SSO (Single Sign-On) applications using that password will use the new password.

- If you have saved passwords on your browser, you would need to update the password saved.
        - For more information on the list of applications with login credentials used for it, visit the article
