Overview
This service is used to submit content to be shared on UFV digital signage displays across campus. The digital signage displays at UFV are a great way to communicate information to students, faculty, staff, and visitors about events, opportunities, or important news on campus. If you have content that you would like to be shared, use this form to make the content available in the TelemetryTV application for editors to add to their playlists.
Note: Each digital display is managed at the department editor level. Therefore, we can't guarantee that your content will be added to every digital display.
General Guidelines
Before submitting screen content for posting, review the following guidelines:
- Content should have campus-wide appeal
- Image format should be .PNG, .JPG, .PPTX
- Video format should be .MP4, .AVI, .MOV, or .WEBM
- Keep your content simple and make sure text is large enough to read
- Include a shortened URL for additional information
- Use UFV’s approved brand colours and logos in your slide design
- Avoid colour combinations that will limit those with disabilities/medical conditions from viewing your slide
- Commercial content (non-UFV) will not be accepted
Once content has been submitted via this form and reviewed for acceptance, it will be made available within the TelemetryTV application. Even if your content meets the content specifications, it will be up to the discretion of each individual Telemetry editor whether or not they feel the content is relevant to their area and will be added to their display.
IMPORTANT: Content must be submitted at least 2 weeks before the event start date.
