TeamDynamix (TDX)

Overview

TeamDynamix (TDX) is a service and project management tool designed for higher education to help institutions manage their services, projects, assets, and more. It streamlines operations, improves communications, and enhances service delivery across the institution. TDX offers various tools including ticketing management, service catalogue management, asset management, knowledge management, and project portfolio management. Through the client-facing portal, students, faculty, and staff can retrieve information, submit requests for services, and track projects.

Who can use this service? 

Students, faculty, and staff

How do I request or access this service? 

UFV employees or students can access the various TeamDynamix Client Portals by signing in using their UFV email and password. 

To request a TDX implementation for your department, submit the application inquiry request for review by the Director, Client Experience.

Click on the “Submit Application Inquiry Request” and complete all required fields on the form.

This form is used for inquiries about the application, to request more details about the application, or for any questions about the functionality and features of the application.
