FAST (Financial Administrative Support Tools)

Overview

FAST (Financial Administrative Support Tools) Suite built by Millennium is an administrative software solution developed for the Higher Education market. It is a self-reporting tool for authorized users to access general accounting, research, special purpose, and other account information online. 

This application is supported by Financial Services.

FAST Financial Reporting: Offers tools to analyze financial data, such as income statements, balance sheets, and trial balances. 

FAST Student and Financial Aid: Provides reports on all stages of a student’s journey, from applying to the university to graduating, including financial aid information. 

FAST Human Resource Reporting: Gives detailed information about employees and their jobs, both current and past. 

FAST Budgeting and Forecasting: Allows you to create and manage different budgets to track income and expenses, including those for tuition, fees, and payroll.

Who can use this service? 

Employees who have completed FAST training and have the permission of supervisor, dean, or department head. 

How do I request or access this service? 

Sign in to FAST: fast.ufv.ca 

To request FAST access, contact your Department Head, Dean, Director, or Department Assistant. Your Department Assistant will submit a request on your behalf. 

Submit a Banner Access Request

  • This service is used to request new access, extend access, or change access to Banner modules, specific Banner forms, BDMS, FAST Finance, FAST Student, or Degree Works. 
  • Employees may only request access for the portion of the system that is required to fulfill job duties. A justification for access is required when completing the form.
  • Note: An approval from the supervisor / Department Head of the employee that needs access is required. An approval will also be required from the data custodian and/or ancillary system requested.

This form is used for inquiries about the application, to request more details about the application, or for any questions about the functionality and features of the application.
