Overview
Kaltura is UFV’s media repository integrated in Blackboard. This media tool provides faculty and students the opportunity to seamlessly author, upload, record, search and stream media content for teaching and learning purposes.
UFV employees and students can use this form to report issues with My Media (Kaltura).

Information Required
UFV employees and students can complete the Report a Kaltura Issue form to report an issue with Kaltura. Please provide the following information when filling out the form:
- Type of device, browser and operating system being used when the issue occurred
- Course ID / course name (if applicable)
- Kaltura Component (e.g., Media Upload, Express Capture, etc.)
- Issue Description
- Screen shots of error messages, etc.
