• Responsive Layout: Ensure the article adjusts to different screen sizes (phones, tablets).
• Readable Fonts: Use clear, legible fonts with adequate size (14–16px minimum).
• Simple Navigation: Avoid clutter; use short menus and clear headings.
• Optimized Images: Scale images for mobile and use compressed formats for fast loading.
• Clickable Links & Buttons: Make sure links and buttons are large enough for easy tapping.
• Minimal Scrolling: Break long content into sections or collapsible FAQs.
• Fast Loading: Compress files and avoid heavy graphics to improve speed.
• Test on Multiple Devices: Check usability on iOS, Android, and different screen sizes.
Use headings and sub-headings to allow:search engines to find page quickly; users to easily scan the page for information; and allow screen readers to jump directly to particular sections and bypass other parts of the page.
Use bulleted or numbered lists for groups of items so screen readers can tell a user the total number of list items, and which one is read out.

Write in plain language so information is understood the first time it is read.
When writing technical content, have a separate item to explain each step.
Provide alternate text for images and videos.
Do not use all caps and italics - use pre-built paragraph format headings.
Create a top index for large articles and anchor links to related content.
Perceivable - Users must be able to understand and be aware of the content of the articles.
Operable - Users should be able to use all the features without any disruption.
Understandable - All the written and graphic content should be easily understood by the users.
Robust - Content should be easily interpreted and consumable by all the users.
