Ricoh Printer End User Instructions

New Ricoh MFD – Printing Instructions

Employees have access to Ricoh MFD printers installed in their departments. Two key conveniences:

Secure printing – your print jobs can be held until you pick them up from any printer. This ensures the privacy of your material, helps eliminate accidental print jobs and lets you pick up your print job from any printer on campus.

Tap to print – use your UFV employee ID card to log into a machine. This eliminates keying in your employee ID and billing account every time.

Note: Once the MFDs are installed you must restart your computer to use.

How do I print?

  3. Once you have selected the printer and it is connected, print as you normally would.
