Access through a Desktop app
We recommend installing Web Softphone it as a desktop app for quicker access.
Both Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge offer a feature that allows you to install a website as an app on your desktop. This turns the website into a convenient shortcut. While this step is optional, it provides faster access by adding the softphone to your desktop or start menu.
Follow Chrome app / Microsoft Edge app for instructions.
