StarRez is a housing and residential management platform. It is used to manage conference services and housing features that UFV housing currently utilizes. It empowers housing administrators to efficiently manage accommodations while enhancing the resident experience with user-friendly self-service portals.

StarRez PortalXConference is a web-based portal that can be used by those who want to stay on campus as a guest for conferences or otherwise.

Staff, Housing Operations staff, and guests.
How do I request or access this service?
Students can login to the portal using their UFV student email address and password.
Guests can register first and then login to the portal.
Housing Operations staff can request access by contacting the Housing Operations manager.
Instructions
Click on the “Submit Application Inquiry Request” and complete all required fields on the form.
This form is used for inquiries about the application, to request more details about the application, or for any questions about the functionality and features of the application.
