myWeb (TerminalFour)

Overview

Terminalfour (T4) is a web content management system used by higher education organizations to manage their websites. It is used by UFV to create and edit public-facing websites. myWeb is the name given by UFV.  

UFV’s Marketing Web Team oversees the UFV.ca website by ensuring web best practices, setting consistent branding and templates, and managing editor permissions. 

This application is supported by the Marketing Web Team.

Who can use this service? 

UFV Employees who have: 

  1. Completed UFV’s web editor training, 
  2. Have the permission of supervisor, dean or department head,  
  3. Have been granted access by the Marketing Web Team.  

How do I request or access this service? 

Those interested in becoming a web editor or requesting a new website for their department must submit a support request to the Marketing Web Team by visiting the myWeb Client Portal.

Existing web editors can visit the myWeb Client Portal to request support with their web pages.
