Achieve – E2E Appointment Manager

Overview

Achieve – E2E Appointment Manager is a student success and retention platform for higher education to recruit, retain, and graduate more students on time. It is designed to enhance the student advising experience by integrating scheduling, communication, and case management tools into a single, user-friendly system.  

Features 

Appointment Scheduling 

  • The appointment scheduling process is easy and user-friendly for both students and staff, with real-time two-way sync to Outlook or Google Calendar for efficient schedule management. 
  • Students receive automatic notifications and reminders through email and text messages, and calendar invites for any appointments they make. 

Student Online Booking 

  • Student Online Booking allows students to easily schedule appointments with staff from any device at any time.  

Kiosk and Queue Management 

  • Student self-check-in kiosks, available on PCs, tablets, or iPads, allow students to easily check in for both walk-in and scheduled sessions, or join an advising queue. 

Case Management 

  • Achieve enables advisors, faculty, and staff to collaborate in a unified system, providing personalized support, tracking academic requirements, and making referrals to other departments to strengthen student relationships. 

Early Alert and Retention 

  • Achieve helps institutions support at-risk students by identifying those who need additional help and fostering communication between instructors, advisors, and administration by using live data from LMS systems. 

Report and Analytics 

  • Allows partners to create their own analytics, visualizations, and reports, transforming data into actionable insights.
