Symplicity Accommodate

Overview

Symplicity is a global student experience company that provides smart platforms to colleges and universities for managing all aspects of student life, including career services, student conduct, and accommodations. 

Accommodate is the portal that UFV uses to manage student accommodations and other accessibility requests. It is used to automate, simplify and track the approval delivery of accommodations.

  • Build your accommodation list according to your organization’s needs. 
  • Process all accommodations in the cloud and access case history and relevant information on demand. 
  • Streamline communication across campus by directly typing notes into a student’s electronic case file accessible to any staff member. 
  • Students can easily request and modify the accommodation through an online request form. 
  • Manage test bookings, including specific reminders and follow-up emails to students and faculty. 
  • Identify trends and aggregate data to simplify accommodation case reporting.

Students, faculty, and staff 

How do I request or access this service? 

Students or faculty members can log in to Accommodate. Employees should contact their manager to request access to this service.  

Instructions

Click on the “Submit Application Inquiry Request” and complete all required fields on the form.

This form is used for inquiries about the application, to request more details about the application, or for any questions about the functionality and features of the application.

Log in to Symplicity Accommodate to file an issue through the Symplicity Help Center or visit the Symplicity Support page to track down product details, resolve issues, and locate experts in Higher Education. 

Contact the IT Service Desk, or check the ticket status in the Online Portal for updates.
