The IT Service Desk is your first point of contact for any IT-related support. Whether you're a student, staff member, or faculty, we’re here to help. You can reach our support team by phone, email, in person, or by submitting a support ticket. Our IT Services team is dedicated to supporting the UFV community. Join the Virtual Line

Using QLess, a virtual queue system for IT Service Desk, students and employees no longer need to wait in line in person for IT Service.
