Overview
Use this service if you would like to migrate your course from Blackboard to Brightspace or if you would like to restore a course that is no longer in your Course Modules..
IMPORTANT: 2024 courses have already been migrated to Brightspace. You can find them under the "Migrated" semester category on the My Courses tab in Brightspace. Use this service for a 2024 course only if it is missing. Migration or restore of older courses can be completed if the CRN is known. If you do not have the CRN, you can locate it through the timetable archives.
Information Required
UFV faculty can complete the Course Restore / Migrate request form to request a course restore or migration. Please provide the following information when filling out the form:
- Course ID / course name
- Additional Comments
Instructions
Click on the "Submit Course Restore / Recover" and complete all required fields on the form.
Support
Contact the IT Service Desk, or check the ticket status of your tickets in the Online Portal for updates.
