Information Required

UFV employees and students can complete the Report a myClass (Blackboard) Issue form to report an issue with myClass (Blackboard).  Please provide the following information when filling out the form: 

  • Type of device, browser and operating system being used when the issue occurred 
  • Course ID / course name  (if applicable)
  • Issue Description
  • Screen shots of error messages, etc.
