Network File Storage for Students

What drives do students have access to?

  • R: drive - Your personal storage space. You can add, modify, and delete files.
  • Q: drive - Files uploaded by instructors. You can only read and save files.
  • P: drive - Public storage space. You can add, modify, and delete files.

 

How to access the student network drives off-campus

You may access and manage UFV network folders and drives remotely by logging in to:

  1. myFiles or
  2. myUFV
  • Login to myUFV using your UFV student email address and password (see myUFV for Students for more information).
  • Expand the navigation bar by clicking on the hamburger icon located next to the myUFV logo. Hamburger icon on myUFV homepage
  • Click Community.

  • Under IT Web Resources card, click on Access myFiles Online.
