UFV student accounts are not permitted to auto-forward mail to a private mail system (e.g. Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail).
If an email is auto-forwarded from your student account, you will receive a bounce-back message indicating that your email was blocked:

How to fix this error
Remove any mail flow rules you created that have an action to forward mail externally:
- At the top of the page, select Settings
- Select Mail > Rules.
- In the rule you want to change, select edit.
- Remove the forwarding condition, or delete the rule entirely.
- Press Save
