Blocked email: external forwarding is disabled

UFV student accounts are not permitted to auto-forward email to a private mail system (e.g. Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail). If mail is auto-forwarded, you will receive a bounce back stating that your email was blocked because external forwarding is disabled. To fix this error, remove the forwarding rule.

How to fix this error

Remove any mail flow rules you created that have an action to forward mail externally:

1. At the top of the page, select Settings
2. Select Mail > Rules.
3. In the rule you want to change, select edit.
4. Remove the forwarding condition, or delete the rule entirely. 
5. Press Save
