Can't Open Financial Aid Banner Reports with Excel

Problem

Unable to open financial aid banner reports with Excel.

Resolution

Excel should be added in 'right click open with menu'. Follow the steps listed below to add the program to the right-click open with menu.

1. For Windows 10: Right-click over the file you wish to open with a specific program. Choose Open with then Choose another app.
2. Scroll down and select more apps.If you wish this app to always open it select the always use this app.
3. Then select look for another app on this PC.
4. A Windows Explorer screen will pop up in C:\Program Files. Depending on program browse to the program's main executable file in Program files or Program files (x86).
   • Example: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\root\Office16\Excel.exe. 
5. Click OK. The application is now available in the right-click menu called “open with...”.
