Overview
The UFV Room Bookings portal is for UFV employees who wish to view and book meeting rooms and classrooms for purposes that are related to UFV business. Visit the portal to see a list of audio-visual equipment in each classroom and meeting room across UFV campuses. To book a room, log in to your account using your UFV email address.
Instructions
Click on the "View Classroom & Meeting Room Equipment" to be directed to the UFV Room Bookings Portal.
All visitors to the portal can view the list of audio-visual equipment available for each room from the 'Rooms' tab. UFV employees must log in to the UFV Room Bookings Portal by using their UFV email address to reserve a meeting room or classroom on campus.
