Overview
This service is used to request consultation with an AV Technician for your audio-visual needs. Consulting is available to help evaluate your academic and classroom requirements and pair those with possible technology solutions. We will conduct an assessment, provide recommendations, and assist in the installation of AV equipment.
Information Required
UFV employees can complete the Audio-Visual Consultation form to request consulting services from an AV technician. Please provide the following information when filling out the form:
- Employee name(s)
- Department
- Requested date of consultation
- Location
- Consultation summary
A member of the AV team will be in contact to arrange the consultation and any next steps required.
Instructions
Click on the "Submit AV Consultation Request" and complete all required fields on the form.

Contact the IT Service Desk, or check the ticket status in the Online Portal for updates.
