Overview
This service is used to request consultation with an AV Technician for your audiovisual needs. Consulting is available to help evaluate your academic and classroom requirements and pair those with possible technology solutions. We will conduct an assessment and provide recommendations to support your needs. If we identify that new AV equipment or parts are needed, we will assist in the procurement and installation.
IMPORTANT: An approval request will be sent to the Spending Authority of the budget code provided for approval prior to the procurement or installation of any AV equipment.
Information Required
UFV employees can complete the Audio-Visual Consultation form to request consulting services from an AV technician. Please provide the following information when filling out the form:
- Employee name(s)
- Department
- Requested date of consultation
- Location
- Consultation summary
- Budget code
- Spending Authority name
A member of the AV team will be in contact to arrange the consultation and any next steps required.

Click on the "Submit AV Consultation Request" and complete all required fields on the form.
