Overview
The Project Request is the starting point for initiating a project with the OCIO. Complete the Project Request form to begin the evaluation of the project request.
Instructions
Complete the Project Request form with all required fields. You must mark the "General" and "Files" section complete before submitting your Project Request. Follow these steps to submit your request:
- Fill in the required information on the form with as much detail as possible.
- Save your form. Note that you may save your form at any time after all of the mandatory fields have been populated. The "Save" button is at the top of the form.
- Once you save the Project Request form, you will be sent to the second stage of the process where you can review the information provided, add supporting documentation, and mark each section complete.
- From the left-hand side navigation, click on the "General" section and review the information provided. When you are satisfied with the entered information, click the "Mark Complete" button at the top of the page to verify that the section is finished. Continue this process for all sections.
- From the left-hand navigation, click the "Review and Submit" section. If satisfied with the information provided, click the "Submit" button at the top of the page. This sends your submission to the OCIO for review.
- You can view the status of your submission by clicking "Project Requests" in the IT Services Online Portal.
