Information Required
You will need to include the following information as part of your request:
- Type of device, browser and operating system being used when the issue occurred
- Course ID / course name (if applicable)
- Question or issue description
- Screen shots of error messages (if applicable)

Click on the "Submit Brightspace Support Request" and complete all required fields on the form.
