1. Log into myUFV using your UFV email address (i.e. firstname.lastname@ufv.ca) as your username and your UFV email password.
2. Under Advisor Self-Serve Banner tools card, click Search Student, Advisee Search, Student Registration History, or Student week at a glance.
3. For all the functionalities, you will need to search for the student first:
- Select Term
- Enter Student ID
- Click on Submit
Note: If the following warning message appears, "There are no students registered in your assigned classes or assigned as your advisees" only the students registered in your class or assigned an advisee will be visible:
4. Once the search result appears, click the student’s name to proceed.
5. Student Profile Search allows advisors to see:
- Student profiles and their program information
- Enrollment status
- Holds GPA
- Academic transcript
Student Registration History allows advisors to see all course registration dates and the following status of the course:
- Waitlisted
- Withdrawn
- Dropped
- Cancelled
