Block a Sender

If you are receiving emails from a sender and you no longer wish to keep receiving them, you can block the sender.

For marketing emails, you can look for an unsubscribe or opt-out link.

Block An Email - Desktop App

In Outlook for desktops, right-click the message you want to block the sender of. Hover over 'Junk' and click 'Block Sender'.


Block an Email - Browser

In Outlook on the Web (through a browser), right-click the message. Hover over 'Security Options' and click 'Block'.


You can also submit a ticket or contact for nuisance or malicious emails.
