Overview
You have an issue seeing an Article, Index or Journal through the Library database system. Access to external databases are available via the UFV Library website. Several reasons may cause inaccessibility to these sites.
Please try a couple other articles or journals to determine if the issue originates with the external site. If so, please wait and try again later. UFV Library or IT Services is unable to assist.
Resolution
Please confirm that you are registered in the current semester at UFV. This is required.
Please ensure that your username/password works on myUFV. If it does not, synchronization of your myUFV account credentials has not occurred properly. This is resolved by changing your password in myUFV and waiting 30 minutes to allow re-synchronization to the Library database system.
If you are aware of others experiencing access issues to all databases at the same time, there may be an issue with the Proxy Server at UFV that allows authentication to occur. Please contact IT Service Desk.
