Temporary Access to myUFV

Your employee myUFV account expires you no longer are employed at UFV.

If you require access to your T4 tax receipt or other self-service areas, you may request and be granted limited-time access to myUFV.

Note: Your access will be restricted to limited areas within myUFV.

How to request temporary limited myUFV access

  1. Open a web browser.
  2. Go to the website at taap.ufv.ca.
  3. Enter your personal email (the email you provided as a contact at UFV).
  4. Enter your Employee ID (9-digit number)
  5. Click the green button Request Temporary Account.
  6. A message will appear saying We are checking our records.
  7. Keep this browser window open and wait as it may take up to five minutes to receive an email from noreply@ufv.ca with the subject Your Temporary UFV Account.
  8. While you wait, in a new window or tab, open your personal email inbox and watch for the incoming Your Temporary UFV Account email.
  9. Once you receive the email, open it and follow the provided instructions.
