This article walks you through how to check your secure messages. If you’ve signed up for email and/or text notifications, you’ll receive a notification whenever you get a new secure message in your Student Health & Wellness Portal inbox.
1. Go to ufv.ca/counselling and click on Book Now, or visit studenthealthandwellness.ufv.ca
2. Sign in with your UFV student e-mail and password.
3. Confirm your date of birth and click Proceed.
Click Messages in the left-hand menu.
Click Read to open a message.
