Getting Started

This article shows you how to cancel an appointment.

Note: If you would like to re-book your appointment through the Student Health & Wellness Portal, you will need to cancel the appointment and then book a new appointment. You can also contact Student Services Front Desk for help.

Step 1 - Log in to the UFV Student Health & Wellness Portal

Go to ufv.ca/counselling and click on Book Now, or visit studenthealthandwellness.ufv.ca.
Sign in with your UFV student e-mail and password.

Note: If you need help with your UFV log in, visit the UFV IT Service Desk for help.

Confirm your date of birth and click Proceed.

Step 2 - Got to the Appointments Page

To access the Appointments page, you can:

Click Appointments in the left-hand menu.
Click Schedule an Appointment on the Portal home menu.

Step 3 - Cancel Your Appointment

Your upcoming appointment is at the bottom of the Appointments page.
Click Cancel Appointment.

Select a Reason for the cancellation and click OK.

Look for a Success! message. Your cancellation has been received.

Step 4 - Optional: Rebook Your Appointment

To rebook an Initial Consultation, see Book an Initial Consultation.
To rebook a Counselling session, see Book a session with your counsellor.

Note: To cancel and rebook your appointment, you can also contact Student Services Front Desk for help.
