Current students can use the self-service MFA reset portal to reset their multi-factor authentication (MFA) methods. After your MFA methods have been reset you must re-register for MFA.
Procedure
- Reset MFA:
- Go to https://id.ufv.ca/mfa_reset
- Enter your student ID number and personal email address (this is the email you used to register or provided as a contact when applying to UFV, not your student email address)
- Click Submit Request. If the information you entered matches our records, your MFA methods will be reset.
- Re-register MFA:
- Go to aka.ms/mfasetup to begin re-registration, and follow the prompts
