IT Service Desk Analysts are available to assist you by phone, email, walk-in, remote desktop, and MS Teams.

How to join a virtual line

Using QLess, a virtual queue system for IT Service Desk, students no longer need to wait in line in person for IT Service.

Once you join the virtual line, wait where you want and IT support will notify you when your next in line for service.
