Join the Virtual Line

Using QLess, a virtual queue system for IT Service Desk, students and employees no longer need to wait in line in person for IT Service.

Once you join the virtual line, wait where you want and IT support will notify you when your next in line for service.

Choose one of four ways join the virtual line:

Download and use the QLess app

Search for 'QLess' in your iOS app store or Android Google Play store:

  • Enter UFV in the location search bar.
  • Click on 'Join Now' and enter your cell phone number, first name and last name.
  • Select type of services you are looking to receive.
  • Enter your UFV Student or Employee number.
  • Check your live estimated wait time, your place in line and text updates.
  • Report to the next available IT Service Desk Analyst when they are ready to see you.
