How to set a default printer

Set default printer

To set a default printer on Windows 10, follow the below steps:

  1. Go to "Printers & scanners"
  2. Scroll down to "Let Windows manage my default printer" and make sure it is un-checked
  3. Click on the desired printer and select "Manage"
  4. Click on the "Set as default" button
  5. The "Printer status:" should change to "Default"
