Configure Call Forwarding on a Yealink Teams Phone

Overview

Call Forwarding allows you to automatically redirect incoming calls to another destination when you are unavailable.

Enable Call Forwarding

  1. Press Home and select your profile picture.
  2. Navigate to Settings > Calling > Call Forwarding.
  3. Turn Call Forwarding On.
  4. Choose Voicemail, Contact, Phone Number, or Call Group.
  5. Save the setting.

Forward Calls to Voicemail

  1. Open Settings > Calling > Call Forwarding.
  2. Enable Call Forwarding and select Voicemail.

Forward Calls to Another Number

  1. Enable Call Forwarding.
  2. Select Phone Number.
  3. Enter the destination number and save.

Disable Call Forwarding

  1. Open Settings > Calling > Call Forwarding.
  2. Turn Call Forwarding Off.

Troubleshooting

  1. Verify you are signed in to the correct Teams account.
  2. Confirm the forwarding destination is configured correctly.
  3. Contact IT if the option is unavailable.
