Shared Mailbox: Setup Auto Reply

Summary

Setup and remove automatic replies on your shared mailbox.

Body

To turn on automatic replies

  1. Log into the Outlook Web App using your UFV employee email credentials.
  2. At the top right of the screen, click on your initials.
  3. Select Open another mailbox.

  1. In the window that pops up, type the shared mailbox name you want to open, select it, and click on Open.

  1. Once the shared mailbox opens, click on the Settings icon in the top right corner.
  2. In the search bar, type automatic replies and click on the search result.

  1. In the automatic replies settings windows, turn on the automatic replies using the toggle button.

  1. Configure your automatic reply as needed and click Save.

To turn off automatic replies

  1. In the automatic replies settings windows, use the toggle button to Turn off the automatic replies.
  2. Click Save.
