Overview
Utilize this service to report non-emergency issues with Strobes / Emergency Lighting / Exit Signs.
The following are examples of non-emergency life safety issues:
- Indoor or outdoor lights not working or flickering
- Buzzing noise from fixtures
- Broken light fixtures
- Broken signs
Information Required
You will need to include the following important information as part of your request:
- Location of issue
- How long the issue has been occuring
- Detailed description of issue
- Attachments (picture(s) of issue, if applicable)
Instructions
Click on the "Submit Strobes / Emergency Lighting / Exit Signs issue" button and complete all required fields on the form.
