Utilize this service to report non-emergency issues with Fire Panels or Audible Alarms (Indoor / Outdoor).
The following are examples of non-emergency life safety issues:
- Buzzing noise from fixtures
- Broken fixtures or switches
Information Required
You will need to include the following important information as part of your request:
- Location of issue
- Detailed description of issue
- Attachments (picture(s) of issue, if applicable)
