Overview
Utilize this service to report non-emergency issues with Fire Extinguishers/ Sprinklers.
The following are examples of non-emergency life safety issues:
- Missing extinguishers
- Broken fixtures or devices
Information Required
You will need to include the following important information as part of your request:
- Location of issue
- How long the issue has been occurring
- Detailed description of issue
- Attachments (picture(s) of issue, if applicable)
Instructions
Click on the "Submit Fire Extinguishers/ Sprinklers issue" button and complete all required fields on the form.
