Overview
Utilize this service to report non-emergency issues with Elevators.
The following are examples of non-emergency elevator issues:
- Malfunction (stuck on a floor)
- Lights not working or flickering
- Buzzing noise
- Servicing
Information Required
You will need to include the following important information as part of your request:
- Location of needed repair
- Detailed description of needed repair
- Attachments (picture(s) of item to repair, if applicable)

Click on the "Report Elevator Issue" button and complete all required fields on the form.
