Event Support

Overview

Utilize this service to request support for an event (e.g., table / chair setup, waste stations, etc.)

The following are examples of what this service includes:

  • Room setup (e.g., tables, chairs, podiums, poster boards, easels, etc.)
  • Additional waste stations
  • Waste station end of event maintenance
  • Additional cleaning (prior to / after event)
  • Barricade setup or removal
  • Additional electrical outlets, electrical cords, cord covers

Note: A minimum of five business days' notice is required to schedule event support.

If you need tables or chairs delivered to the event site, please submit an Event Delivery request to Logistics Services.

Information Required

You will need to include the following important information as part of your request:

  • Event name
  • Safety and Security event application ticket ID (if applicable)
  • Estimated number of attendees
  • Event location
  • Event set up and take down time
  • Event start and end time
  • Services required (e.g., table / chair set up, waste stations, etc.)
  • Detailed setup instructions
  • Attachments (event layout plans or pictures to aid in describing event setup requirements)

Instructions

Click on the "Submit Event Support Request" button and complete all required fields on the form.

A minimum of five business days' notice is required to schedule event support.
