Student Residence Maintenance Request

Overview

Utilize this service to request maintenance of a student residence bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, or other area.

The following are examples of residence issues:

  • Broken, flickering, or buzzing lights
  • Drainage issues (e.g., toilets, sinks, showers)
  • Low or no water pressure
  • Water temperature
  • Appliance issues
  • Door / lock issues (e.g., stuck, not latching, etc.)
  • Fans, vents, etc.
  • Furniture / drawer issues

What to do in an emergency

For emergencies involving hazardous conditions in the student residence (flooding, electrical, etc) please call the Housing Operations Front Desk at 604-557-4063

After hours, call the RA at 604-302-6362.

Information Required

You will need to include the following important information as part of your request:

  • Student name
  • UFV student email
  • Room #
  • Location area (e.g., bedroom, bathroom, etc.)
  • Detailed description of the issue
  • Attachments (picture of the issue, if applicable)

Instructions

Click on the "Submit Residence Maintenance Request" button and complete all required fields on the form.

Note: It is your responsibility to inform your roommate that you've submitted this request.
