Utilize this service to report issues with lighting (indoor / outdoor), power (receptacles, outlets), noise (buzzing), etc.
The following are examples of non-emergency electrical issues:
- Indoor or outdoor lights not working or flickering
- Buzzing noise from electrical devices
- Broken light fixtures or switches
- Receptacle and/or outlet issues
- Automatic door-opening device issues
- Fume hoods not working
- Elevator issues

Information Required
You will need to include the following important information as part of your request:
- Location of needed repair
- Preferred repair date
- Detailed description of needed repair
- Attachments (picture(s) of item to repair, if applicable)
