Overview
Utilize this service to report non-emergency leaks or drainage issues.
The following are examples of non-emergency leak / drainage issues:
- Small leak under sink
- Leaky faucet
- Drains plugged / slow drain
- Toilet / urinal plugged
- Water fountain issue
- Noisy pipes / toilets
- Low or no water pressure
Urgent Issues
If there is an urgent issue with a leak, pipe, or drain, call the Facilities Service Desk right away:

Information Required
You will need to include the following important information as part of your request:
- Location of issue
- How long the issue has been occurring
- Detailed description of issue
- Attachments (picture(s) of issue, if applicable)
