- Furniture repair (e.g., missing screws, broken handles, broken table legs, etc.)
- Door repair (squeaky doors, improper shutting, etc.)
- Whiteboard repair
- Shelving repair
Information Required
You will need to include the following important information as part of your request:
- Budget / index code (if chargeback required)
- Spending authority
- Location of needed repair
- Preferred repair date
- Detailed description of needed repair
- Attachments (picture(s) of item to repair)
